Programs currently has 14 contracts that provide an an extensive variety of of assessments counseling treatment and employment services services to to facilitate the the inmates’ gradual reintegration into the the the community The contracts provide services services in in in in in 16 locations throughout the the state Five programs programs programs are are pre-release work release release programs programs programs eight are are substance use disorder treatment treatment programs programs programs that focus on on on on sobriety and and and group dynamics one one provider is is dual service and and and and and provides both drug treatment treatment treatment and and and and and work release one one special needs program and and and and and two assessment assessment and and and and and treatment treatment treatment centers that provide provide provide orientation to to male male and and and female inmates to to to to the the treatment treatment process as as as as as well as as as as as comprehensive assessments of each resident prior to to to their assignments to to to an an RCRP NJDOC-contracted Residential Community
Release Programs consist of the following programs:
• Assessment and and and Treatment Centers – Provides eligible inmates with a a a a a a a a a a a a a comprehensive assessment of their needs and and and risks an an an an an orientation to to a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a treatment regimen and and and a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a referral to to Work Release Programs Programs Programs Programs Substance Use Disorder Programs Programs Programs Programs Special Needs Programs Programs Programs Programs and/or Mutual Agreement Programs Programs • Special Needs Programs – The focus of of these programs is is is the the provision of of specialized health health service needs needs for inmates with mental health health issues Once treatment needs needs are met participants may be eligible to participate in in a a a a a a a a a a a a work release component • Correctional Correctional Treatment Treatment Programs Programs – The focus of of the the the Correctional Correctional Treatment Treatment Programs Programs is is is the the the the provision of of services that will provide the the the the tools for inmates with treatment issues to to reenter society as as as as as productive and and sober members These programs utilize the the the the the assessments assessments provided by the the the Assessment and and Treatment Centers as as as as as well as as as as as the the the assessments assessments performed during an an an inmate’s inmate’s incarceration to create a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a seamless continuum of care for for for inmates with substance use issues Ongoing assessments are are performed throughout the the inmate’s inmate’s stay to to determine progress in in in in in treatment treatment Additionally when an an inmate inmate has completed the the the treatment treatment portion of the the RCRP stay he he he he he or or she is generally eligible to to seek employment • Work Release Programs – The focus of of the the the work work release programs is to to provide residents with with a a a a a a a a a a solid foundation for for successful reentry into the the the workforce with with the the the goal of of not just obtaining viable employment employment but retaining employment employment Inmates who complete the the the treatment portion of the the the Residential Community
Release Program or or or or or or or inmates assigned to to a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a work release program have the the the the opportunity to to obtain employment or or or or or or participate in in in in in in educational opportunities in in in in in in the the community in in in in in in preparation for reentry Employed RCRP inmates are obligated to:
